After the initial disassembly, you should add variety and 'personality' to the new individual clauses, as well as duplicating and modifying them as needed to account for gender, number, condition, etc. For example, you might choose to have separate clauses to reflect the family composition (single/married/children or none, etc.).

As you find additional text that you want to be a part of the book of clauses, simply add that text (the technique is 'highlight & add'

In this regard, disassembly makes sense only when at least some of the individual paragraphs are reworked to reflect the variety that the 'whole' document might achieve. If there is little variety within this genre of document, there is no sense in breaking it up.

Select a favorite ‘base’ document and break it up into its component pieces.

This is repeated for all of your base documents until you have an entire system of libraries and books.

New clauses can be added to your collection by breaking up an existing document into its component parts. Pathagoras provides two primary methods of automatic document disassembly. Instant Book and Bulk Add

Instead of typing AUTO in the Subject box, type any subject. Pathagoras will place the appropriate markers PLUS the name PLUS the Subject in the appropriate locations. The benefit: You provide a name and a subject as you progress down the document. No need to complete the Type Subject Here section of each clause.

Pathagoras then automatically highlights the next portion of the document as dictated by the BreakPoint settings. If you are using the prefix/suffix naming style, Pathagoras also proposes the next name based on the prefix and the increment you provided. All you need to do is adjust the range of the highlighted text and provide the Description/Subject.

information    Normal document naming rules apply if you are breaking the document up into separate documents. If you  intend to disassemble the document into a glossary (as opposed to a folder of clauses), bookmark naming rules will apply. (This merely means that the glossary term name must begin with a letter, and contain only letters and numbers (and no spaces). The name may contain an underline (‘_’) character. )

The 'Subject' can be anything (to 'make up for', as it were, the ‘naming’ rules).  The 'subject' should be relatively short (no more than 45 characters), but can, in fact, be of any length. As with all aspects of Pathagoras, don't spend too much time worrying about the subject. Changing it, if you find the need, is a very simple process.

1.Save this document with the additional word "Master" in its name to indicate is 'role' in the disassembly process.
