DropDown Lists are always on, always active, lists that allow you 2-click access to any document in the folder to which the List has been pointed. The Lists display in the menu area of the Word screen.

DropDown Lists also give you mouseless access to any file in the List. If you know the name of the document or clause you desire, just type it to the editing screen followed by Alt-G and Pathagoras will locate it and insert it into the active document at the cursor point.

Pathagoras allows you to maintain up to 10 DropDown Lists. However, you can have up to 4 sets of DropDown Lists (called 'Collections') and quickly switch among those lists. So you effectively can have up to 40 DropDown lIsts. Click this link: DropDown Collections to read more about 'collections' and the super effiecient document assembly 'environments' you can create with them.

While DropDown Lists typically point to folders containing Pathagorized documents, that is not a limitation. Use DropDown List sto point to any folder you wish intant access to, whether they contain Pathagorized documents or not. If you frequently draw clauses from a folder, point a DropDown List to it. Alway remember: you don't need to have a complete system just to take advantage of the individual elements of Pathagoras.

So, point first and 'Pathagorize' later. You'll save lots of time.
