Create a multi-select Clause Selection Screen from a DropDown List

    A DropDown List provides you 2-click access to any document, spreadsheet, image, etc. shown in the list. But the insertion of elements from the List is 'one at a time.'

    The Clause Selection Screen (the 'classic' screen through which document assembly is conducted) allows you to select multiple items from the folder and assemble them together into a single document.

    Here is a little known trick that allows you the best of both features: Toward the bottom of each DropDown List* is a choice called "Clause Selection Screen." Click it and the entries in your List will be presented in the classic style, ready for you to select two, ten, even all items in the left panel.

* If you do not see 'Clause Selection Screen' in the tools section, click the "Show All Tools" element to expand the selection.
