    Q. Can I use my Dropbox account (or other cloud storage facility) to store my office's documents and Instant Database records in a common location so everyone can access them?

    A. Yes. Dropbox is an ideal solution to making your documents and records available to all users. Of course, it also makes them available to a single user from multiple locations.

The 'trick' is just making sure that your books, DropDown Lists  and Instant Database records are pointed to the same target from your various locations.

To point or repoint the desired elements, just  click on the appropriate link from the below list:

Books

DropDown Lists

Instant Database records.

Note: With Dropbox, you are pointing to a local 'echo' copy of the document that is stored in the cloud. Pathagoras will assemble this local copy (the 'echo' copy on your office computer, or if using your laptop, your 'echo' copy there). It is the fact that Pathagoras is always using local content that it is able to run so quickly.)
