Does Pathagoras Work in Google Docs?

Not directly, but indirectly. Pathagoras is an add-in to Word, not a stand alone program. Therefore, Word (running in 'full version' locally, not the cloud app) must be open for Pathagoras to be running. But if you have a local copy or Word, but prefer to store your documents in the cloud with Google Docs, here is a great way to have your cake and eat it too.

          If you link Word to your Google Drive account (this URL provides instructions and links: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/add-google-drive-dropbox-save-locations-microsoft-office-2016/), you can

(1) open Word docs stored as Word docs locally and edit in Word, using Pathagoras as desired;

(2) open a Google Doc in the cloud, but download the document as a Word doc to your local computer. Edit the document in Word, with Pathagoras fully functioning.

In both of these scenarios, with the document open in Word, all of Pathagoras' features are available. When you are ready to save the final product, you can reupload to your Google Drive.
