Pathagoras subscriptions can be a cost effective way to solve your document assembly needs. You can set up a subscription to Pathagoras and pay for the subscription in easy to handle payments over the Internet.

While there is no direct credit toward purchasing Pathagoras from your subscription payments, you will be entitiled to convert the installed version of Pathagoras to a fully licensed ('owned') version at the end of your first subscription year for the low price of $250. And if you do so, we will extend your Annual Support Agreement for a full year after you make the conversion.

Initially subscribing to Pathagoras (versus an outright purchase) can be a very economical way to become an owner. Consider the following:

Outright purchase: $379 + $100 renewal of Annual Support Agreement, $479.

Subscription (assuming 6 month period) $120 + $120 + $250=$490

The difference? $11!

Additional Notes:

Certain features of Pathagoras are still in beta testing and are not currently available for public distribution. When released, you will be notified of their availability.

We provide all improvements at no additional charge to existing subscribers.

We occasionally add entirely new modules that are not part of the original program. Example: Pathagoras for Excel and Pathagoras for Outlook. We typically make these new modules available to licensed users in their beta iterations. However, we reserve the right separately charge for these new modules when finally released.

On-Going Support provides you the peace of mind that your product is always up to date and support is always available for the term of the contract.

Licensing Information

Subscribing to the program entitles the subscriber to:

1. Install Pathagoras on one 'primary' computer per license, and either one laptop computer owned by the purchaser or one home computer which the user intends to use in a secondary (not simultaneous) fashion with the primary computer.
    
2. Free upgrades to all upgrades to Pathagoras during the subscription period (Internet download only). 
   
3. Free technical support via electronic mail (e-mail) and toll-free number pertaining to the operation of the program (Sorry--we cannot provide general word processing advice.)
   
4. Notice of upgrades to Pathagoras (if you do not wish to be notified of upgrades, please let us know via Comments page)
   
5. Subscription to our semi-monthly newsletter containing hints, tips, tricks and other information to maximize your investment in Pathagoras.
